What a great start to fall!

Kieran has been super busy this fall! He played soccer for Webber park and had a great time! We had practices on Tuesday nights and games on Saturday mornings, he played well and learned a lot about the game. School started at the beginning of September, he is in first grade at Loring, and his teacher Mr. Forsline is a perfect match for Kieran. He is doing really wonderfully in math, and starting to work hard on his reading again. He had decided that he no longer wanted to read on his own, that I was doing a good enough job reading for him, and therefore was "not working up to his potential"... anyway, we have him newly motivated to read and he is doing a very good job. His two best friends Noah and James are in his class at school and also played Soccer with him. He is really learning how to be a good friend, he is very sensitive to other peoples feelings and always kind. I am very proud of my little man! I can't believe he is 6 years old and in first grade! Watching him with Moira is amazing, hs is such a wonderful big brother. He likes to give her hugs and get her interested in toys, he shares his appropriate toys with her without complaint, he really loves her. When Moira sees Kieran she lights up. She loves to talk to him, when he is in the room she almost always crawls or cruises to him, it's really funny. I will post more pictures soon... life has been so crazy lately, I never have time for the blog!
